Home / Admissions
Joining Musikili.
Applications are welcome throughout the year. Priority is given to applications received by 31 October for January admission.
Application form
The first step is to request an Application Form from the school office, or complete the online form. The form must be completed in full and submitted with the supporting documents listed on the Document Check List.
The form, documents and an application fee of USD 100 are delivered to the school office for processing. Incomplete submissions cannot be processed.
Pupil assessment
Once the application has been processed, pupils undergo an assessment. Parents are notified of the date and time by the school office. For Grade 1 applicants this is a school readiness assessment; other grades are assessed in English and Mathematics to determine the most educationally sound grade placement.
Study permits
A Study Permit from the Zambian Immigration Department is required for non-Zambian applicants. The receipt of payment must reach the school before a pupil can be legally admitted, and the permit itself can take several months to issue.
Fees, plainly set out.
Fees for 2027 are published in full — annual, termly and monthly amounts for every grade and campus, the admission fees, and the charges that sit outside school fees.
School fees are payable in advance, with a 25% deposit due by the start of Term 1. A 3% discount applies when the year is paid annually or termly before the first day of school, rising to 5% for a second child and 10% for a third.
One term’s written notice is required if you wish to withdraw your child, or one term’s fees are payable in lieu of notice.

Good to know.

Boarding is available from Grade 1, with weekly, flexi and occasional options.
Do you take Grade R?
Yes. Our Early Years class takes children turning 3 by the first day of Term 2 through to their Grade R year.
Is there a Lusaka option?
Yes — a satellite class for Grade R, 1 and 2 learners in the Leopards Hill area, following the same morning programme as Mazabuka.
How do we visit?
Contact the office to arrange a morning on campus. We would far rather you saw the school in action.
